Heart Health
Heart disease is one of North America’s leading killers, affecting 1 in 3 people. The good news is that heart disease is both Preventable and Reversible.
Did you know that menopause (hormonal imbalances) increase a woman’s risk of cardiovascular disease?
Many factors such as thyroid health, mercury toxicity and inflammation contribute to heart disease. Heart disease often develops over an entire lifetime. One of the key components of heart disease is ARTERIAL PLAQUE which builds up on the inner walls of the coronary arteries. So unless you address the underlying reasons for this and fix this, no amount of blood thinners is going to help you or cure you in the long run.
Quite frankly, it often is a case of death by food!
Cultures that eat less saturated fat and animal proten (like China) and more whole grains, fruits and vegetables have lower heart disease (and breast cancer) rates.

On our Breast Health Questionnaire for Thermography there is the question “Do you feel overweight”? I have never yet seen this question answered other then by YES.
Weight Gain can have many causes, including hormonal imbalances (eg, adrenal and thyroid) or emotional factors, besides the well known culprits such as Nutrition and Exercise. Menopause
Menopause is a natural procss in a woman’s life. Technically it is the time when a woman has stopped menstruating for 1 year. Peri-menopause is the period of time prior to this (2-5 years) where women start experiencing various symptoms. The average age in North America is 52 but some women can go through natural menopause at age 35 and others at 60. It can also be surgically induced by the removal of ovaries and uterus during a hysterectomy.
Our goal is to have you feeling FANTASTIC during this period of your life, not sluggish, depressed, tired.
YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE YOUR BODY’S LANGUAGE ASKING FOR HELP!
So do not ignore your symptoms OR, even worse, just accept them and get so used to them that you consider it “normal”.

Adrenal Health
STRESS! Let’s explore your negative stress patterns and create EU-Stress (positive stress)
When we are faced with dis-stress in our lives, our ADRENALS are affected negatively. The 2 adrenal glands are among the most important glands in our body. The hormones released from our adrenals are often referred to as the Stress-Response hormones. This “Fight or Flight” response can be lifesaving, however, when we are constantly placing our bodies in dis- stress, it creates negative consequences such as adrenal exhaustion or depletion. Medically this is often not recognized till the adrenals are seriously compromised with disorders such as Addison’s disease or Cushing’s syndrome.
Depleted adrenals can also create thyroid issues as they are closely connected.
Cortisol levels can be tested both with blood tests and with saliva hormone tests.
